About the founder
Karen Álvarez
Karen Álvarez is the founder and brand strategist of Dragonfly Marketing Solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communication, promotions, customer experience, and business development.
Her professional journey began in the Dominican Republic, where she worked with brands, companies, promotions, commercial communication, and customer experience. Today, from New Jersey, she supports Latino entrepreneurs and purpose-driven brands in the United States.
Karen combines strategic vision, business experience, clear communication, and close guidance to help each client see what their brand needs in order to move forward.
